EarthwormStudio is a San Diego-based company that specializes in designing and installing drought-tolerant, Mediterranean-style, low-maintenance landscapes. We live in a Mediterranean climate where dry summers and mild winters require plants that will survive. We use trees, shrubs, perennials and ground covers native to California and other regions of the world with a similar climate, including: South Africa, Southwestern Australia, Central Chile and the Mediterranean Basin.
